These little capsules make life so much better, particularly when you're suffering with symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. I’m so much more upbeat, happy even doing menial tasks, not in a constant state of worrying about what I need to do, I’m more present & just happier in general, even when it’s chucking down with rain! I don’t feel as phased by life at all, I’m just chilled but also easily focussed on what I’m doing work-wise & just less bogged down & lighter, my mind is clear & functions so much better when taking a capsule every 2-3 days. I've even halved my anti-depressants in a very short space of time and will continue to reduce hopefully down to nothing. The customer service has been excellent, the delivery has been quick to the UK and i'm altogether chuffed to bits that i found this website and this product
