I started with 1 cap every night for about a week and didn't notice much change until I increased to 2 caps every night (or two). This is when I started seeing a positive change with reducing my morning anxiety and just a feeling of calm throughout the day! I am hopeful that I will be able to wean off of my current SSRI!
