PerfectI’m sold… Tried this product as a last resort after doing my research. For 9 months, I was stuck in a triggered state of C-PTSD. If you haven’t ever battled this disability, consider yourself blessed. When you are stuck in a triggered state, you just want out…of everything. The brain simply can’t process anything cognitive at all.. everything is frustrating and you can’t explain why. Irritation and anger are ALWAYS present. Short term memory is non-existent. For someone like myself, a high functioning, high IQ entrepreneur, normally going 150mph with zero problems, I couldn’t even function at half that level. I was completely devastated which just compounded my mental issues.
I began microdosing about 6 weeks ago after I received this product. One 200mg capsule every 3 days. I noticed a difference in cognitive function after the 2nd dose. Microdosing for perimenopause and menopauseThese little capsules make life so much better, particularly when you're suffering with symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. I’m so much more upbeat, happy even doing menial tasks, not in a constant state of worrying about what I need to do, I’m more present & just happier in general, even when it’s chucking down with rain! I don’t feel as phased by life at all, I’m just chilled but also easily focussed on what I’m doing work-wise & just less bogged down & lighter, my mind is clear & functions so much better when taking a capsule every 2-3 days.
