I love microdosingI’ve done some research about psilocybin micro dose and full high level trips... the positive effects are beyond reproach. Trying to weigh out my own supply versus the ease of taking a pill is a no brainer.

Positively calm!I started with 1 cap every night for about a week and didn't notice much change until I increased to 2 caps every night (or two). This is when I started seeing a positive change with reducing my morning anxiety and just a feeling of calm throughout the day! I am hopeful that I will be able to wean off of my current SSRI!
